Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala says in the Holy Qur’an:

وَا سْتَعِيْنُوْا بِا لصَّبْرِ وَا لصَّلٰوةِ ۗ وَاِ نَّهَا لَكَبِيْرَةٌ اِلَّا عَلَى الْخٰشِعِيْنَ

Transliteration:

Wa asta’eenu bis-sabri was-salah, wa innaha lakabeeratun illa ‘alal khaashi’een.

Bangla Meaning:

"তোমরা ধৈর্য্য ও সলাতের মাধ্যমে সাহায্য প্রার্থনা কর, আর তা আল্লাহভীরু ব্যক্তিবর্গ ছাড়া অন্য সকলের কাছে নিশ্চিতভাবে কঠিন।"

English meaning:

“Seek help through patience and prayer; truly it is hard except for the humble (those who fear Allah).”

— (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:45)
